I moved to Hillsboro in October '23 and found Balance Fitness. It is the nicest gym I have ever belonged to. The owners create a good vibe that spreads through everyone, it is a great place to workout. It is my favorite place in Hillsboro !

I’ve been to a lot of gyms. As a woman, I’ve never had a creepy encounter with any guy here. I feel safe, even going at 3am alone. Mike and Eddy are clean obsessed and it shows. Never smells like a gym in here. I can only speak from a woman’s perspective but if you are a plus sized woman and afraid of being judged or being self conscious, just come a few times and see how easy it is to just be yourself. Everyone is welcoming and if you have any questions you can always ask without feeling dumb. Do it for you!!!
