I picked this practice because of the amazing reviews and because it seemed women-friendly. I researched the practice and was honestly so excited to establish care here. Instead, this has just been a headache. At my first appointment on June 15, I arrived on time and was told my in-network copay was $125 instead of $25. I recently visited BCC and had an amazing experience. I received a Hydrafacial, which left my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and glowing. I also got an IV drip and left feeling stronger and more energized than ever. The provider- Martha was amazing, and the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. For all those contemplating, definitely go and try the spa out.

All the ladies at this office are amazing. Felt very cared for and listened to at my first visit and Martha was able to proactively schedule me in for an OBGYN appointment as well as a follow up appointment just 5 days after my first visit so we could speak in person about blood work results etc. Really great experience here!
After doing my research and exploring a few clinics I came here for PRP for my hair. They use the candela exceed for administration instead of injections. The personal and the equipment were all top notch and I had an excellent experience without any discomfort. I would definitely recommend this office.
