I had a very bad experience here. I saw Courtney Lotto on and off between 2022 and 2024. I had no complaints at all and was making progress in recovering from a pretty traumatic childhood. I have been calling this office for 2 weeks trying to schedule an appt for a day where I was off. On the 1st day, I called them at 8:07am because I really wanted to get an appt at this office. (my close friend recommended this place and she's a mental health worker). I was finally able to get through and then I was told that there was an appt avail for the provider that I requested.
