I joined Balance Barre while I was home for the summer, and it was honestly the best decision I could have made! The instructors are not only so talented but also incredibly kind and welcoming. I would recommend Balance Barre to anyone and everyone!
I can’t say enough good things about this barre studio! The community is truly amazing, everyone feels like they’re on the same team, cheering each other on to get a great workout. The childcare is wonderful, and I love that it’s such a supportive environment with moms helping moms. Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been so encouraging and always offers helpful variations if something doesn’t work for you. It’s such a positive and uplifting place to be, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated.

Wish I would have taken a class sooner!!! These workouts kick your booty & the community of women is amazing! Amazing mamas to watch your littles while you workout (one of the only options with childcare in beaufort)! This studio is a blessing in my life! CHECK IT OUT!

Woman owned and female staff means they understand women and our bodies. All levels are welcomed and encouraged. Whether it’s barre or yoga or a fusion, these ladies have you covered!
