My massage with Anabel was absolutely amazing! I have had a bunch of massages over the years and she was hands down the best! You can tell she really knows her stuff. She also uses all the tools at her disposal such as hot stones and cupping and more without nickel and diming you. Will 100% be back. Anyone living in or visiting Navarre needs to book with Anabel. You won't regret it!

I have been going to Balance and Awareness for approximately 4 weeks now. I was referred through the VA and I am so happy they sent me. After several chiropractic treatments the VA decided to do a whole health approach and I met Bryan and Annabelle. They introduced me to SoftWave Therapy and man has this made a difference in my pain treatment. I have chronic back and neck pain and have been on pain medicine for years. Anabel and Bryan are beyond intuitive, amazing and compassionate to say the least. Once I set foot in the door I am instantly transformed with an overwhelming sense of peace. As a fellow energy worker I can honestly say they are the real deal! I look forward to continuing to work with them and expanding with them through the heart centered work they do and love so deeply.
