I started receiving regular sessions of reflexology from Heike almost a year ago. In that time I have noticed many improvements to my overall health. I sleep better, getting 8 to 9 hours of restful sleep most nights. My digestion has also improved as I have much less bloating now after eating and the chronic pain in my hip is almost nonexistent now! Her reflexology treatments have relieved my digestion issues,, arthritic mobility issues and even provided a degree of relief for my spasmodic dysphonia. Much as I appreciate the medical community, I find the time Heike spends getting to know my issues, her compassion, her thorough body knowledge , and her lovely personality provide me the kind of personal well being care that I appreciate and benefit from. Excellent service. Heike's skilled treatment has really improved my foot mobility following surgery. I honestly didnt think it was possible to see such an improvement to my flexibility, balance, and strength. Highly recommend Heike. She is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour.
Go see Heike!! She’s amazing, so kind and attuned. Her reflexology is incredible and has kept me on track for years now. The way Heike works with the Alexander Technique is also a wonderful, a great way to tune into your body and help it move with ease and alignment.
Having reflexology treatments with Heike has been a wonderful experience. Her knowledge of reflexology and her treatments are excellent and beneficial.
