A truly exceptionally positive experience from beginning to the end of my visit. No wait time at all after my arrival. All staff are responsive, caring, very communicative, knowledgeable and totally professional in all test procedures and interactions. Fascinating experience with results! Very thorough analysis, in capable caring hands. Came in following Vertigo, and left a few appointments later with little to no dizziness. I highly recommend this facility.

Very thorough testing, and excellent, prompt follow-up. After making a clear and specific diagnosis (which my mom did not receive from 10 days in the hospital), the Balance and Dizziness Center arranged for my mom to start treatment with a physical therapist certified in vertigo treatment the very same day, and then they promptly followed up with referrals for a physical therapist closer to my mom's home.
