I originally had a good experience, until I realized they do not care about the root of the problem, they just want as much money as they can get from you. I came in because I suspected an autoimmune disease, and my Ana test came back positive to which dr . Sheffeld told me was normal and to stop worrying. Well turns out I have hypothyroidism/hashimotos, which could’ve been found out earlier had he not dismissed every concern of mine. He never even ordered a thyroid test. Will never be returning.
We were literally blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the doctors and staff of BDC in Englewood. After numerous visits to ENTs with no results, the experts at BDC were able to pinpoint the exact cause of the persistent vertigo and created a plan to alleviate it. We can't thank them enough for finally figuring out how to end the nightmare of constant and debilitating dizziness. I highly recommend them, don't wait any longer to make your appointment!

I had a truly amazing experience at the Balance & Dizziness Center. Every step of the process was expertly handled, from scheduling my appointment to entering the office to being seen by the doctors and specialists. Everyone I saw was incredible, including Galina, Michael, Maria and Raina.
