I had such a great first experience at Balance Aesthetic and Wellness. Hetal and her team are amazing! The team got me in quickly, Hetal listened to my concerns and established a care plan for my goals/treatments. I will definitely be back for any future services and highly recommend this med spa!

I believe that Loyal customers should be valued more that new ones, and my experience here has shown me otherwise - prompting me to leave this review. And to make matters worse, she then accosted me regarding my review. Unbelievably unprofessional.
Julia and Hetal were absolutely AMAZING! My first time doing anything with aesthetics and they took the time to explain and address any of my concerns or fears. I didn’t feel like they were “selling me” on products or services I didn’t need or want. I felt so comfortable and the office is so cute! 100/10 I definitely will be a Balance customer for life!
Inviting office and staff. Hetal makes you feel very comfortable and is incredibly knowledgeable. Wonderful 1st experience. I will be a repeat client.
