Best thing I ever did was take my daughter to see Francis. My daughter had an ankle injury from netball. We had rested it, iced it, kept it elevated, it would seem fine, but every time she tried sports, it was begin to hurt again. Within 3 sessions (one week of treatment), Francis had my daughter back on the netball court and touch football, playing like she had never been injured in the first place. Best decision I made was taking her to Francis.

Cannot recommend Francis enough! Living with stage 4 endometriosis and a range of other health issues I have now had 3 periods essentially pain free after living with horrific periods for many years. Highly recommended booking in with him he has a wealth of knowledge

I cannot fit into a review how much Francis at Balance has helped me. Life changing. He is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and actually cares. He will go the extra mile (or 20) for someone who needs it. The whole space is comfortable and easy, and you will be heard and helped. I urge anyone even considering acupuncture to make an appointment.

I cannot recommend Francis enough! After months of struggling with lower back and sciatica pain, I am now able to exercise and operate without pain again. Francis is knowledgeable, takes a genuine interest in your overall wellbeing, and deals with problems holistically. I am forever grateful and in a much better space than when I started my acupuncture treatment with him.
