Desai treats patients intelligently and with positive frankness. So went it on my first visit, I think it was in Durham, not sure. First thing he checked was in my mouth, and when he saw all my amalgam fillings, Said, ah, so we need to begin right there! He may be right, I figure I've got mercury toxin. But I'm unsure how to deal with the situation...didn't have the finances ready then. A close friend of mine is a retired nurse, and has been to this doctor, and says she rates him highly.
