Good customer service and very quick and cost efficient. Friendly people and will recommend this place.
Bought a store brand mixie for desi workload, almost 10 yrs ago. Still going strong. The occassional wear n tear is fully covered (except for a token $10-20 cost for the part). Compare that with a $80-100 service charge anywhere else. This time, our part broke after couple of weeks- probably (misuse on our side), they still covered it & didnt charge us. In the times when business is tough ( tariffs, reducing customer base), they are not passing on the cost to the customers. Im an repeat customer btw
