Had the most unprofessional experience at this place of business. Went there on a Saturday, everyone was busy tending to someone, I waited about 5-6 minutes before I decided to go and try again later. When I tugged at the locked door they finally looked up and asked what I needed. Told them I needed 2 pieces fixed and had to negotiate the price down to 25 from 40 which seemed a little extreme. Absolutely devastated by my experience with this jewelry store. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and we initially trusted them with something so meaningful, but the service and quality have been beyond disappointing. I brought the ring in to be resized and had to drive an hour and a half to the store, only to find they hadn’t even checked to see if the ring had been resized. It was still the exact same size. What a joke....I run a business and my open time is whats posted....walked in there and they turned me down cause they needed another half hour to open although they open at 1030
Best Jewler in Illinois! My family only buys Jewelry from Baladna and we have for years. I will always continue to buy from the owner Johnny. Family owned and you feel like family everytime you walk in!
