Coach Balaban is truly one of a kind. Not only is he an amazing coach, but he’s an incredible person. He is personable, easy to talk to, and makes both my daughter and I feel completely comfortable every time we see him. My daughter has built such a strong bond with him that she wants him to be her coach for as long as he’ll have her! She has grown so much in basketball because of Coach Balaban. Can’t say enough good things about Stef and his skills coaching, coaching and guidance of our daughter. Our daughter is in high school and has been with Stef little over a year. Her game has changed significantly! Stef teaches every aspect of the game! Skills, game plan, how to think in the game during in game situations. Stefan is an incredible coach who leads by example with an extraordinary work ethic. He is terrific both at summer camp and in private sessions. He motivates kids at all levels with clear instruction and drills, and lots of encouragement. He’s extremely organized and disciplined.
Coach Balaban is AMAZING!!! I can’t express how much he has helped to build my son’s confidence and actually get him to want to play Bball. He takes so much time and knows how to relate to kids at all levels. He genuinely cares about the kids he coaches and about the teaching them the skills they need .
