I had Helen for my session yesterday. From the start to the end of my session I had exceptional service from Helen. She has attention to details and communication was clear. Massage was great loosen up my stiff neck and shoulders. My face was completely refreshed. Thanks so much Helen.

First time going to a skincare clinic and the professionalism of the staff was top tier. Friendly and kind, they helped me feel at ease right upon entry. During my consultation, the clinician was very thorough and answered all of my questions clearly, as well as making sure I understood the packages and treatments before giving her recommendation. I recently visited Zhen Skin Clinic for a Botox treatment and unfortunately had an experience that left me quite disappointed. I was quoted a specific price prior to the appointment, but at the time of the appointment , the cost was unexpectedly higher. They blamed their newer staff for the original quote given to me. There was also a mix-up where I was initially undercharged, and I was later asked to make a separate bank transfer to cover the difference.
