I’ve had a really positive experience at my last visit. The staff is helpful and attentive. I want to thank Mr Sidharth Chandrasekhar for assisting me and sorting out more enquiries that I had and helping me with all questions that I had, very patience and understanding.
Worst receptionists who will have you in a queue for almost an hour and then end the call before the gp surgery is even closed. In addition receptionists had misinformed me about f2f appointment telling me it would be over the phone in turn making me miss my appointment. This surgery has neglected care and failed to disclose deranged results that resulted in failed prevention of pre-diabetes.
