Very well organised team and good process of booking an appointment. They take appointments from 8:00-9:00 and I got an appointment on the same day. The place itself is quite well maintained and the doctor I saw for my back pain, Dr.Krishna was very knowledgeable and referred me to a specialist after conducting a thorough assessment of my issues. Would highly recommend people to sign up for this GP if they care about their health.
Really poor service. On July 9th, I was on hold from 3pm onwards — over 2 hours — and every time I reached queue position 1, the call was disconnected. This happened three times. I also chose the callback option, but the call rang once and cut off. I was urgently trying to report a bad reaction to eye medication prescribed for my son. Couldn’t get through to anyone. Unacceptable and very stressful experience.
My experience has been good with this GP so far, all the GP I’ve seen have been helpful and kind. Recently I spoke with Dr chacko and she’s been lovely, really understanding about my situation. Thank you!
Many thanks to Dr Cretu she was very informative and quick with her solutions to my problem and just extremely professional. Highly recommend her. I also want to praise the staff here as well today. I did witness other patients not being very kind to the receptionist staff and they handled it very professionally. My only critique is the phone line, it was a while back but i tried to call. got to the front of the queue after 35-40 minutes and the line immediately hung up.
