My wife went there. Super slow. That's the worst part of it. Not sure why they can't do it through correct timing. Perhaps because too many young doctors are asking you 'repeated questions' only for a 3 minute talk with the actual doctor. They lost track of what pill to give, or gave pills hopping for an affect. But at the end we had a terrific healthy baby and painless 9month :) Phone calls being answered are a miracle. 3X more responsive through emails. I made an appointment but wanted to know the time I know I made an appointment for May but didnt receive any confirmation I have been calling the office for about 2 weeks now and no answer and I left multiple messages

I’m a long time patient so my review may not reflect everyone else's experience. All i can say is try to give doctors/nurses/staff some grace! Nobody is perfect and we are all human at the end of the day. They are on their feet 12 hours plus a day several days a week. I go often and it’s only once in awhile they may be crazy busy and i have a long wait. So if i have to wait i wait. It doesn’t bother me. I’ve been to other gyn offices and tried out several other gyn doctors and the service is just not the same not even close.... read more

Both Dr. Koch and Carissa are amazing!!!! Highly recommend Bala Women’s Health for OB/GYN needs. Although wait times can be very lengthy at times, you truly see why once the doctor comes in the room. It is worth the wait 100%! They deeply care about your needs and concerns and will spend the time needed with you. The office is very clean and up to date. All staff are extremely nice and caring. A PA student throughly reviews your history, fills in Dr. Koch and then they begin the visit. I love that they allow their students t... read more
