Dr. Koch’s office is ran so POORLY! After rescheduling my appointments multiple times due to 3hr wait times, I’ve noticed a troubling pattern. The doctors schedule appointments just 20 minutes apart, despite each visit typically requiring OVER an hour. This seems driven by a focus on profit rather than patient care. Look, it's not going to be convenient. You are going to have to wait most of the time longer than you thought. Bring a book, don't plan on returning to work quickly, and you'll be fine. I like Dr.Koch a lot, but she's quirky and I can see some people not wanting their doctor to be quirky. She's also *AMAZING.* She can find breast lumps and things in your body with more accuracy than the scans will. I left without being seen. I waited for two hours and was never offered an apology for waiting. There were women waiting for over four hours who left. What kind of place is this? The reception was beyond unprofessional calling clients “Babe.” One lady appointment was at 1:30 and she left at 4:15. Unacceptable and I will never return there.
