I left my first appointment here crying and 3 hrs later. I’ve had 3 appts at this practice and they kept getting worse and worse. From wait times to completely unprofessional remarks. It felt like they didn’t want to help, only wanted to hinder. Went to a new gyno today and they assured me my experiences at this practice were not normal and not okay. They even gave me misinformation and I’m really happy I NOW know the truth.
My wife went there. Super slow. That's the worst part of it. Not sure why they can't do it through correct timing. Perhaps because too many young doctors are asking you 'repeated questions' only for a 3 minute talk with the actual doctor. They lost track of what pill to give, or gave pills hopping for an affect. But at the end we had a terrific healthy baby and painless 9month :) Phone calls being answered are a miracle. 3X more responsive through emails. I made an appointment but wanted to know the time I know I made an appointment for May but didnt receive any confirmation I have been calling the office for about 2 weeks now and no answer and I left multiple messages
