Friendly considerate staff. I appreciated the form I was given in the waiting room. The questions were important for everyone- especially senior citizens.
The staff was pleasant. Although when I arrived there was no one around. I wondered if they were havinga fire drill. My visit was quick and painless, not that I was expecting pain. I am more concerned about the fact that I haven't received a follow up from his nurse or other. I don't seem to be improving much.
