I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bala for many years, and the quality of care has always been exceptional. He remember details about my health, follow up promptly on test results, and genuinely care about my long term well being. I can’t imagine a better primary doctor
Dr Bala has been my dr for over 10 years. He’s a good dr. I’m very happy with his knowledge. His bedside manner is great. He is professional and very easy to get along with.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone and front desk lady is very rude, lazy, and full of excuses. The front office folks do not care about their patients at all. Go anywhere else and save your time.
