If I could give this office zero stars I would. Nicole is unprofessional and doesn’t give her patients proper attention. Furthermore, the waiting time is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, you will wait at least an hour and half. I hope to find another clinic that meets a patient’s basic needs.
I genuinely don’t understand how this office is still operating. The bathrooms are filthy, appointments run chronically late, and no one ever calls back with results — you have to chase them down yourself. Referrals somehow never get faxed, which delays care and wastes everyone’s time. The bedside manner is dismissive and cold, and every visit feels rushed and centered on pushing prescriptions instead of actually listening or addressing concerns. Dr. Nicole is amazing, however the waiting time is ridiculous!! It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, whether they’re busy or not, be prepared to spend 2-3 hours there. They have no respect for people’s time, appointments are meaningless
I've been a long term patient i really like that the office is great and very pleasant Dr Bala is the best and so is Nicole what a great nurse practitioner I would suggest don't see the other practitioner Terri she is the worse person I have every seen I'm 69 yrs young she talks to me like I'm a child very rude in a nice way I tried several times seeing her and she is still the same rude person. Please see Dr Bala or Nicole you won't be disappointed by the way check out Dr Bala socks lol. I hope this helps others.
The office is caring, kind and extremely resourceful. Tara, Noel and Dr. Bala are amazing providers
