I can't say enough good things about this practice. I'm a fairly new patient, and came in for dizzy spells. Turns out it was Strep, but they took such good care of me in-office with an iv drip, meds, just phenomenal care all around. Thank you so much for all you did for me.
Dr. Bala is a good doctor. His PAs are even better. They really care about their patients. The office hours are incredibly accommodating. However, the support staff is terrible. The office staff and the lab tech in particular are terrible. The need lessons in customer service. They’re rude and speak to you in a condescending tone. Fire them all and this would be the best primary care around.
