I can’t say enough about Dr. Bala. While his waiting room is almost always busy and sometimes you have to wait awhile, he is worth the wait. He gives you time and addresses all concerns efficiently. I’ve been a nurse for 14 years and will continue my care with Dr. Bala. He truly listens to your concerns and is thorough.
While the staff is fine, expect to wait in a patient room for a couple hours before your actually see anybody. After having this occur every time I have been there, I will be taking my laptop in with me to work while I wait.
First of all I want to personally thank Dr Tara McDonald for her wonderful advice and her service. She is a great person she's a very up person she laughs and she smiles and she's very beautiful she's also a good doctor. And I hope she stays for a long long time you know all the other people are very nice also I can't say that they aren't I'm just not involved with them very much but all the girls at the front desk are great too.
Staffs are nice and caring, they put in the effort to help
