I made an appointment for a follow up through their portal. I received a confirmation email that my appt was scheduled. I go to the appt and they tell me they rescheduled it to tomorrow with no communication at all. Tara is amazing, however the front desk is highly disorganized. No apologies were offered. I was told that I could wait as a walk in but was told it could be hours before I was seen. No respect for people time.

Disgusted by the comments and insults made by Dr Bala. Was told if I don't get the covid shot I should "expect to birth still born children". And he said that while I was there and pregnant. Avoid this place. Horrible behavior. I also have a client who works in his office and confirmed his foul comments.

Make sure you get a 8 AM appointment if you don’t like to wait long.

Sadly, Dr. Bala has commercialized his practice for ever-increasing volumes and bigger practice revenues. There are good people here. Good PAs, and several good nurses. For this, they get 3-stars. Sadly, the practice continues to earn a 1-star rating for ineffective administration. Even with an appointment, and a timely appearance, it can easily be 1 hr to 1 hr 30 minutes before you're seen by a physician. Subsequent tests will often add another hour.
