I absolutely love Dr. Bala. He is polite and listens and communicates with me so well. He is also very smart and seems to know so much about different health concerns. He is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. The wait times are horrible but it’s worth it to me to see him. And I always specifically as for him. The girls and techs at the office are super nice too.
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Bala and the whole team. They’re caring, attentive, and take the time to really listen. It’s rare to find a family practice that makes you feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

I went in for a physical with a 10:30AM appointment. I arrived early knowing I would have paperwork to complete. I did not get called back to a room until 11:15am and still had to wait. I was seen for maybe 5 minutes by a PA, and then had to wait more for them to run the routine tests. I didn't leave the office until after noon. The nurse was good, kind of quiet, but nice enough.
