I used to really like this place... small, neighborhood business with no complaints about the service. HOWEVER today I called to make an appointment for state inspection for my car. I'm in my seventies and live less than a mile away. When I asked if I could get a ride back home after dropping off my car, I was told NO... I'm the only one here (which is not true, as it's a father and son operation... the son is the mechanic... the father handles the phones and taking payments) and I can't leave the shop. I don’t really want to share Kevin and Bala Auto with others, but he’s such a great a mechanic I figured everyone should know! He’s been taking care of my cars for many years, and in every instance he’s great at diagnosing the issue, explains what to do, and prices fairly and honestly. Never met a mechanic as wonderful a person as Kevin. You won’t regret bringing in your car.
