I have been attempting to correct a claim submitted by Dr Reddy’s office for over 8 months. In April of 2021 Dr Reddy submitted a request for blood work at Quest Laboratory following my annual physical. Since the request was submitted as routine instead of medically necessary… Medicare has denied the $1,098 claim.
