The worst customer service ever!!! Olga the front desk rep is so nasty, rude, and unprofessional. My 13 year old daughter was referred to this office by her primary dentist. On the initial visit with surgeon everything went fine. After that it when down hill mind you this was about 4 months ago they were suppose to call me and no one called. I cannot recommend Dr. Oppenheimer and his office enough! I walked in a bit nervous, and they immediately set me up with a nasal sedative and then and IV that knocked me out. I woke up after 45 mins and the whole procedure was done. They wheeled me outside to my boyfriend’s car, and we were done. I had self-dissolving stitches, no complications, and never had to go back. They worked things out with my insurance, and I don’t have to pay anything more than the copay at the day of the procedure. 10/10

My mother is and elderly patient who recently went to see Doctor Eli Oppenheimer for her tooth extraction. She was extremely happy with the way the doctor professionally handled the issue. Procedure went very well, quickly and pain free. First dental office where my mother called, and the front desk tried to help my mom's concerns without demanding cash up front. This approach should be an example for other greedy dentists around Miami who care more about dollars not people's wellbeing. Thank you doctor! Keep up good work!
