Worst customer service. No sense how to talk to the customer. Very rude. Called to fix the garage door. Made it worst after he so called fixed. Never call him or you will regret.
Great service and excellent customer service as well. He showed up within an hour of us calling him. Worked efficiently and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Didn’t rush through the process and did his due diligence to check everything over. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 5/5

My previous experiences with garage door companies has been terrible as they only seem to be in the business of up selling even when they come to address minor issues. Bal Garage doors on the other hand was efficient and knowledgeable about installing the new garage door opener. Gurwinder was polite and professional in his interactions. I definitely recommend using their services and will be using their services in the future when required.
