Original owners of a 30 year old large Turkish area rug that have never been cleaned while raising three kids and a dog. Called and the rug was picked up that day for cleaning which worked well for us since the room was being painted later that week. When the rug came back we couldn't believe how great the rug looked. The vibrant the colors in the rug had been restored to their original beauty. During the process all of our calls we promptly returned. Pick up and delivery worked around our schedule. She brought our rug back to life, restoring its beauty while preserving the character and design that made it so special to us. ... read more
