They make baklavas. No machine. All handmade. Ingredients are pure with no preservatives. So, naturally I bought (16) sixteen different types :) I recommend you, you, and you to go there and sample their baklavas ;) ;) and know it is the best in California. I placed an order for my son's his 35th Birthday with Baklava King. Baklava King did a great job filling my order and sending it so he would receive it in time for his birthday, which also happens to be Valentines Day. When I called him, my son reported to me that the Baklava is fabulous and that he made a "pig" out of himself, it was so delicious. I am so happy I ordered from Baklava King and plan to do so again.
