Amazing customer support! Jim from Bakken responded almost immediately to my service request and did the initial assessment within a day. The technical team had the needed work done within a couple days (installing L2 charger). Work performed was quick, tidy and they made sure I was satisfied. Months later I had a couple questions, and again Jim surpassed my expectations by answering the phone immediately and thoroughly answering my questions. Thank you again, Bakken team!
