Incredibly friendly and helpful, great communication. Did estimate for us with no pressure. We had to wait a year before we could go ahead and when we contacted again they were more than happy to help and honoured the quote. Quick and professional install, really nice guys did the work. Grateful we’ll be cool all summer and many to come.
Nick came in and was doing a service call and was honest with his findings. We could either order a replacement part from the manufacturer that was expensive or he gave us options for a new furnace. There was no pressure to go either route. We opted to get a new furnace as the last one they had installed was over 16 years old and was breaking down.
