I had an excellent experience with Bakerview Heating and Cooling. Sean, who is also the owner, personally came out to service my Daikin heat pump, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism. For about a month, my system had a refrigerant leak issue. can't be beat for customer service, I called the office last minute on thursday with a furnace issue and Nick came out the next day and fixed the problem as well as servicing the heat pump...that's why I never use anyone else...thx to the whole team
Referred by my brother and couldn't be happier. Corinna responded by email promptly to set up the appointment and informed of potential rebates once the service was complete. Sean showed up in the time window promised and performed a service on 3 appliances. He was thorough and didn't mind my curiosity throughout. Corrina was so detailed in explaining all possible options and timeline, so many other minute details which needed a lot of patience on her part. Sean was simply great on the job of fixing our heating issue, so detailed, ahead of schedule and coordinating perfectly. It was a great experience having him work on this job.
