My wife had eye plugs installed for dry eyes. One fell out 8 months later. She had it reinstalled (another charge $350) but they charged the insurance company for two eyes. Before we could get it straightened out It fell out again. They said they would install again no charge. Wrong $350 again. We got the bill on Nov 16 called to pay it but was already in collections on Nov 30. Not going there again. Terrible billing staff! Andrew and Cindy unwilling to correct their mistake.
