The reason I don’t get five stars for this is when you asked for an estimate over the phone that means you don’t want them to come to your house and then do the work and say OK and it will be. You don’t do that I mean even if you don’t know exactly you know, ballpark figure cause you do this for a living so that’s the one reason I didn’t give you five stars.
They scheduled but never showed or called
Can never get Baker's to show up in a reasonable time. My hot water tank stopped working and they told me it would be at least two weeks, so I called roto rooter and they showed up the same day and replaced it. And this isn't the first time I have had issues like this with Baker's. Sorry but that was my experience.
