Everything was good. The fishing, the rooms, the service. I really enjoyed going off the big slide they put in at their beach (see video).
When you do house cleaning make sure you close the door… I Killed 10 mosquitoes 5 mins after I move in…..Got bite twice by these crazy mosquitoes in Manitoba!

First time here - we are experienced local lake winnipeg fishermen and have been to many fishing lodges and lakes across the province. Poor service and treatment from day one (which improved slightly once it was clear we were tipping). Were not shown around upon arrival. Not given any direction. Told us our guide would come see us “sometime later” which had us worrying we’d miss him while out for dinner. They seemed irritated by simple questions like where is our room, where do we eat, where do we pick up our boat lunches. O... read more
