Only because I can't give less than a 1 star rating! We had a brand new unit installed (or so we thought) with our brand new home in 2022. Numerous phone calls to Baker because the unit kept freezing up. First they said it was the duct work that was installed. They mentioned there was "too much" and it was collapsing on itself. Then it was the vents in the house needed to be turned to face the exterior walls. Then it was the thermostat in the house which they replaced. Exactly the same issue as previous complaints. Waiting since October for AC to be repaired correctly, 3 weeks ago advised another part was ordered and now no answer to phone calls. Hope Mr. Baker is well.
I thought it was a good price for replacing my air handler. But a part went out. They ordered a part for it. A week later they brought a part that was broken. They took it back and ordered a new one. Now a month has passed and I can’t even get them to answer the phone
It good I live close to there
Engineer showed up same day, diagnosed my problem quickly, and fixed my AC problem quickly. Pricing was good.
