Great company! I called with an issue and a tech was sent out the same day. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and thorough explaining what the issue was. We will continue using Bakers Heating and AC.
My AC went out recently during a heat wave and Baker got out right away and fixed it. They have done a great job of keeping my old AC unit going. Their rates are very reasonable also. I strongly recommend them.
Had the company come out to fix my ac and they made it worst. It took two different crews to try and figure out what was wrong. They will also release Freon into the atmosphere instead of using their recovery machine.
Bakers heating and air conditioning is a great company to work with!! They are family owned and truly know the quality of treating everyone like their own. They are quick, efficient, loyal, amazing quality, knowledgeable, professional and everything in between! Their emergency after hours staff are great too in those last minute pinches. Whoever the second young man was that came to solve issue of the first tech I was thrilled to see . He has helped me out in past and never an issue after he leaves . Company is a great company ! Hiring and training can be a challenge which I understand - They always respond timely
