I have been using Bakers for over 5 years both personally and professionally. The customer service is always 5 . Of course a/c units only stop working after hours, but I always receive a call back promptly and same day service. The technicians are always friendly and professional and their prices and maintenance programs are very reasonable.
Baker’s Heating and Air Conditioning has always been our go-to a/c company and here’s why: they could’ve sold us an a/c unit years ago when I was fed up with our old one breaking. Great company! I called with an issue and a tech was sent out the same day. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and thorough explaining what the issue was. We will continue using Bakers Heating and AC.
My AC went out recently during a heat wave and Baker got out right away and fixed it. They have done a great job of keeping my old AC unit going. Their rates are very reasonable also. I strongly recommend them.
Had the company come out to fix my ac and they made it worst. It took two different crews to try and figure out what was wrong. They will also release Freon into the atmosphere instead of using their recovery machine.
