I must have the worst luck and seem to get my heart set on things that end up with supply chain issues, but every time I am treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism by Jessie. I needed a saddle in Texas, and had experience with Carmen from Bakers Saddlery (Canada). The first saddle didn’t work out because of the unique shape of my horse, but we persevered and got the perfect fit. Carmen knows his saddles and was more than helpful in the process. Thank you!
