I had a meeting with the saddle fitter, provided drawings and took 2 saddles that were recommended home to try. I was given a sheet specifying what type of photos were needed to evaluate the saddle on the horse, then email them back to her to review and make any comments or suggestions. Never received any response. Returned the saddles, and was charged $50.00. Total waste of my time and money.
