Bought a $5k miller welder from them, bought a new $2200 500gal propane tank from them and they wouldn't move the tank 3/4 of a mile for me when I moved. Ney oil is cheaper on propane. Permanently lost a customer!
We have purchased gas from Bakers for several years. I called to order 400 gallons and paid for it over the phone. Gas was delivered and I was charged for it again. I called and asked for a refund for the second charge since I had already paid for it. No call back or deposit in my account. I called a second time, the next day, and they said they refunded the first amount I paid. If I could have put ZERO STARS I WOULD. Bakers let my family run out of propane TWICE in the same season. Once on Christmas Eve and again here in February. I pre bought my propane for the season and even had Bakers put on a tank monitoring device but yet still ran out of propane. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not worth saving a few hundred dollars just to deal with this headache twice in the same season. Not good customer service to let paying customers run empty TWICE. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.
