Had a gentleman named Steve come out and fill my tanks today. He was amazing. Super informative, friendly, and all around amazing human being. The price is what made me call, but it’s service of that caliber that will keep me calling back! 10/10 would recommend.
Bought a $5k miller welder from them, bought a new $2200 500gal propane tank from them and they wouldn't move the tank 3/4 of a mile for me when I moved. Ney oil is cheaper on propane. Permanently lost a customer!
We have purchased gas from Bakers for several years. I called to order 400 gallons and paid for it over the phone. Gas was delivered and I was charged for it again. I called and asked for a refund for the second charge since I had already paid for it. No call back or deposit in my account. I called a second time, the next day, and they said they refunded the first amount I paid. I asked why they didn't refund the fraudulent charge and they said because the driver delivered more than 400 gallons. So they didn't honor our agre... read more
