Just that Neil was brilliant kept me informed all the way through as usual
We took our VW to Bakers to investigate an oil leak, explaining vehicle had 6 months warranty and warranty co only paid £1,000 per claim. Bakers said they would investigate, take pics and be in contact with warranty company. They quoted us an eye watering £5,800 for the repair. So we contacted the company we purchased the van from. Bakers held us to randsom and wouldn't release vehicle until bill for £1,200 was paid. At no point did they advise us that the investigation itself would run up such a huge bill. My engine warning light came on the day before we were due to drive to our holiday destination. I took it bakers first thing in a mad panic, thankfully they were able to squeeze me in. I got a call a few hrs later with the fault identified, I am so grateful they were able to fix it and that I was still able to go on holiday the following day. 😊 🙏
