Great flour for baking, love that it is mostly locally sourced. Staff is always super friendly and helpful!
Staff was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable at the store. Also, there is ongoing construction at the shop, no signs to direct you to Bakers suite, and they didn’t answer their phone when I tried to call for directions. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was an off-putting experience. I had a prepaid order which I used paid time off of work to come and pick-up. That’s why I was there. I'm so glad I found this place. I was looking for a local place that made rye bread and after some Internet search I landed on their website. Freshly baked local bread, a lot of whole grain options, freshly milled flour, pancake mix - so many reasons to shop here. Anything you bake or any dish you make with their flours, you can taste the quality and freshness. Great, high quality flour for the home bread baker. It's milled fresh!
I love this place! I scoped this place out for 2 years before pulling the trigger and buying their flour. All of the flour is stone milled shortly before you pick it up. Not to mention, the majority of the farmers they source from are local. It's been a dream of mine to source local flour and this place makes that dream a reality. My baked good look and taste better after the switch. Thank you!
