We have loved living here for a few years now and Love it! Kids playing in the streets, no parking in the street hassles comfortable family neighborhood!
I was considering buying 3 different properties here as rental properties. After I got to talking to some of the homeowners and looked at the condition of the pool and the property managed by the HOA, It has become apparent that the property and amenities are poorly maintained.
