As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I chose Baker's Cay because I expected the elevated level of service and attention to detail that comes with the Curio Collection. Unfortunately, our stay fell well short of those expectations. Our stay started off on the wrong foot. We arrived around 10:30 AM and completed the pre-check-in process. We completely understood that our room might not be ready that early. However, I called at 11:57 AM to check on the status, and it still wasn't ready. What an incredible stay! 💙 The kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. There were so many fun activities throughout the day that kept them entertained, and every member of the staff made us feel so welcome. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful it truly felt like paradise.We are already talking about coming back.
