I really wanted to love this resort! Bring your own alarm clock since they don’t provide clocks in the room. The coffee maker, ice bucket and glasses were hidden in the closet. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the heavy doors slamming in the hallways all night long. The location in Key Largo was perfect. The view from my room was incredible but now comes the bad part. They give you two water bottles upon arrival which are purified water and they tell you they are refillable, when I asked where do we refill the water... read more
This was our second year celebrating our son’s birthday at Baker’s Cay, and it was unforgettable thanks to Ashley, the new concierge. She confirmed our adjoining rooms, introduced us to the birthday package, and kept in touch before and during our stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made everything feel special. She truly went above and beyond! Baker’s Cay is a beautiful resort, but Ashley made it feel personal. After looking at other places, we know now — this is our go-to family spot every year!
