This place has terrible customer service. The staff doesn’t know much about baking, and the owner is very rude. Of the people I know who bake often, including professional bakers in the area, this is the last place they’d shop. What is inexcusable is that they don’t allow returns on anything. When I asked why, I was told that everything in the store is considered food - even the pans and paper products. They said that is the state regulation. This is not true. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable. They have items that the big stores don't have. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend to any baker from beginner to expert.
Costumers service and prices are great. I love this place.
