The dinner catering for a salon. It was very generous and of good quality. Tuscan Vegetable Platter: It included various fillings such as red and green bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms, but my favorite was the tomato confit—intensely tangy, refreshing and very appetizing. What can I say, Baker's Best and their sales person Roberta Paglia and the onsite staff Mark and Mary really jumped in and made it so much easier for us to focus on family when had to host the Shiva with literally no lead time. I filled out a webform on their site and Roberta called the same day on a Sunday night and said we do this all the time and we know exactly what to do.
