As many reviews have already mentioned, horrendous customer service and very rude...
We desperately needed a washer and a dryer for our new house and Mitch and Kayla got us an amazing set! We were kinda in a time crunch, but were able to figure out the whole transaction over the phone and it made the whole process so convenient and painless. The Bakers team also delivered and set up the washer and dryer the next day, within like 20 minutes, and I was able to use it right away. Moving is already a stressful task and I cannot thank the team at Baker's for helping us out!!
Good customer service. Clean store. Selection is okay. Associates are helpful but not pushy.
