I had a faulty electric window and took the car in to get repaired. I was going to walk to work for the exercise but fortunately Gordon, the owner, offered to drive me to work in my car. It took 100 meters for him to tell me the wheel bearings were shot. ( I thought the noise was normal as it had been there for ages. Great experience dealing with Baker’s Garage. I recently purchased a set of brake discs for my MR2 Spyder, and David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was prompt, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The discs arrived quickly, were exactly what I needed, and are now fitted to the car and working perfectly. Had trouble getting in anywhere juat after new year! These guys helped out massively after having brake issues! Also got a service very well priced and nice people! The 6 months road side assistance for having work done there is amazong aswell!! Thanks!!
What a lovely experience we had, took our car in as the breaks were making a weird noise. Linda and the team were so helpful from start to finish, they were able to fit us in last minute. 10/10 service
The replied response from Bakers is crowd control, pretty coincidental excuse that "buttons may have been accidentally pressed whilst installing your navman" when ALL sport options had been turned on (this is not just 1 button) and both the front seats had seat cooling turned on (which is not just 1 button in an LS460) The fact that the company desperately tried to cover it up and essentially tried to say I lied and they couldn't do anything because I didn't bring my car in after (which proves nothing as it was just buttons... read more
