Good old school mechanic. Took my mazda 323 in for a tune up Come out running like a dream
Kept my car in for a week, every time I called up, they said they hadn’t got around to it yet. Told me I turned up unannounced when I didn’t and broke the pins on the rear brake callipers costing me $1500, which I had to pay Mazda to get it fixed. Then blamed me. These people are very good at shifting the blame and gaslighting you. Don’t bother.
Dropped my Lexus in for a dashcam to be installed. Had done 300 kilometres on the tank and had a fuel economy of 9.5km/L. Picked it up that afternoon and both the front seats had seat cooling turned on, the suspension had been put in sport mode, the engine had been put in sport mode and my fuel economy was 7.8km/100L. There was not a great explanation from Gordon the owner other than that he would talk to the worker who worked on my car. I had my car brought in for a possible transmission fault. It took them over 4 weeks to tell me the transmission was buggered and then quoted me $5k. Every other day i would call them and they'd tell me they haven't looked at it yet but where making it a priority and would look at it on "x" day. A day later I call and they still hadn't looked at it.
