Petty and unprofessional in our opinion. We had used them in the past, and was pleased with the work. I can not fault them on that. One time we had our A/C quit working, it was a Saturday and we left a voice mail with Baker's voicemail. We hadn't heard back from them for a few hours and figured that maybe they didn't work on Saturdays, so we couldnt wait in the 100 degree weather and called Lusby's in Bastrop instead (who by the way also didn't call back, but showed up at our door about 15 minutes from when we left the messa... read more
New owners. Charge a service call (that’s ok), charge you for the repair but it isn’t working so they charge you another service call to come back because they didn’t fix it the first time and this is all within 24 hours.

I'VE USED MR MIKE'S SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE, IN YEARLY AC CLEANING, AND VARIOUS HOUSEHOLD ITEMS REPAIR ESP I HAD A NIGHTMARE DRYER THAT I TRIED REPARING BUT HE QUICKLY FIXED MY MESS UP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFFESSIONAL, NICE, AND EFFECENT.
I've never seen a company come out so quick! They were very polite and helpful. They not only fixed the issue, but gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
