I tried for the first time while on vacation. The pizzas all look delicious, but I felt the establishment lacked cleanliness. Additionally, more consistency is needed when crafting the pizza. For example, I ordered two buffalo chicken slices. One slice had about 4 bite size pieces of chicken (by no means generous) but the other slice had only one piece of bite size chicken! Very disapointing. Also, they only accept cash as an FYI. I would not return.
I love sourdough pizza but I wasn't happy with my order...super chewy and sour...way too much crunchy...absolutely not for little kids...way overpriced ..one slice 8$...ridiculous....pay 40$ for one pizza totally is RIDICULOUS! Now and never again! For that money it has to be spectacular!!!
Pizza was amazing! We ordered a Parma, a Pepperoni, and a round Bianca. All three were hot and fresh. I'm a pizza snob and look for places with better ingredients and Bakeria absolutely nailed it. Sourdough recipe from Italy, sign me up! It's great to support local and they do events like kids make their own pizza night!
