Exceptional work and customer service! My heater went off completely in the middle of the night entering into a weekend, so my house pretty much had no heat over the night. It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low. So grateful for the referral to Baker House and beyond impressed with their service! We had a heating emergency on a cold Saturday when I was stuck at work all day. Daniel answered my call immediately and offered to rearrange his schedule to help us. Great service and responsiveness! Danial was very in tune with what was going on with our mini splits and was able to take care of the issue we were having. He recharged the system and gave us input on possible solutions for the leak we were having in the living room. I will call them in the future should I need HVAC work done.

Daniel was prompt, on time, and even made a special trip later in the evening. He’s very knowledgeable about AC systems and charged a fair price for his work. I’m not sure how much longer my unit will last, but Daniel went above and beyond to inspect and explain everything. Very pleased with the service — highly recommend him.

This was our first time calling BakerHouse and we will definitely be calling them again for future HVAC needs! Daniel was very professional and kind, and he was able to problem-solve our issue quickly. He was also available to come out on a Sunday, which was a big plus for us. It can be challenging to find reliable, honest contractors who are willing to come to the East Mountains—we would highly recommend BakerHouse!
