Daniel was prompt, on time, and even made a special trip later in the evening. He’s very knowledgeable about AC systems and charged a fair price for his work. I’m not sure how much longer my unit will last, but Daniel went above and beyond to inspect and explain everything. Very pleased with the service — highly recommend him.
We are so grateful for BakerHouse Services and especially Daniel! He came through for us at a desperate time when our AC stopped working during an extreme heatwave. It was unbelievably hot, and we couldn’t find any other company willing to come the same day but Daniel showed up quickly and got everything fixed fast. Called Daniel when our A/C went on the blink, most of the HVAC companies I contacted were a week to 10 days out, Daniel came within 45 min, he diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, fixed and was on his way. Service was fantastic! Daniel was patient and polite. He explained it all as he worked. My central AC unit is an antique. The top cover is bent up due to a large tree branch falling on it years ago. The fan motor was frozen, in part due to fan blades hitting the bent housing. Dan had another brand fan motor... But the mounting holes didn't match.
