Exceptional work and customer service! My heater went off completely in the middle of the night entering into a weekend, so my house pretty much had no heat over the night. It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low. Simply OUTSTANDING service. Extremely responsive to our urgent need when freezer went down hard. Booking appointment was simple. Daniel was extremely responsive and onsite the next day to determine our problem. On site the very next day to install the broken part and had the unit running quickly. Then it was determined that additional refrigerant would be needed for our closed system so Daniel had to come back bright and early Monday morning to do this additional work. So grateful for the referral to Baker House and beyond impressed with their service! We had a heating emergency on a cold Saturday when I was stuck at work all day. Daniel answered my call immediately and offered to rearrange his schedule to help us. Called Daniel when our A/C went on the blink, most of the HVAC companies I contacted were a week to 10 days out, Daniel came within 45 min, he diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, fixed and was on his way. Very timely, professional and HONEST! Easy to communicate with, lets you know via text when he’s 5 min out, and very fair pricing. Call Daniel you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars ⭐️

Great service and responsiveness! Danial was very in tune with what was going on with our mini splits and was able to take care of the issue we were having. He recharged the system and gave us input on possible solutions for the leak we were having in the living room. I will call them in the future should I need HVAC work done.
