I visited in Aug 2026. My rating is given for the kind caring reception and nursing staff, clean premises, and thoroughness of the doctor. I was there on a Tuesday at 8am, they were already busy, the wait time board listed 2 hours wait time. I saw GP after 3 hours as my issue was not urgent. Doc assessed me thoroughly, gave me pain injection, ordered urine, blood tests, and an MRI scan. I left after 3.5 hrs. The Doc called me at 7 pm that night once all results were in. I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Amanda the health coach today. She genuinely helped me shift my mindset and look at things from a completely different perspective. She was so understanding, encouraging and non-judgmental, and I felt like she actually listened to me rather than just giving me generic advice.
