Dr Young is nice but his work has become sloppy. Melissa is smart but arrogant and condescending about it. Post op care is basically none and god forbid you have any issues you will not be taken care of. I basically had to only speak to the front to get an appointment when my rectum was necrotic. The nurse kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I was so sick for weeks and refused to go back. My PCP cleaned up their mess back there because they were so careless

Went a few times and saw the physician’s assistant, Melissa Morgan. She is very sweet and can give you any information you need. The 2 stars does not reflect her, she is excellent. But. I had recent surgery with Dr Young and had never met him before my surgery date. Surgery was completed, and I had some questions for a few days after regarding post op care, medications, and such. I went through years of constant colonoscopies. I constantly was bleeding Really bad and most days hurting. I've gone through several doctors, but Dr. Young and his partner, I forgot her name, found the problem with 1 visit and had me scheduled for surgery a few weeks out. Right after surgery, I had a problem with getting my medicine. I called the after-hours doctor. Young called within seconds and took care of the problem with the pharmacy.
