After over 20 years of our family going to Dr. Baker, we've decided to move on. Their practice is highly accommodating with Saturday appointments. Due to a family emergency, we had to cancel our appointment last-minute, mind you for the very first time in 20 years.They refused to schedule a follow-up appointment and did not hesitate one bit to let a client walk out the door. I understand policies exist for a reason but we are honestly disappointed. We wish them to best though!
That dreaded front desk person did it again. Quitting after 10 years with them. Looks like they don’t want to address the issue.
This is a first class operation from the start to the end!
genuinely one of the rudest front desk workers i have ever heard… extremely unprofessional and unwilling to work with you on anything. i would not recommend going here it’s not worth her attitude.
