As it turns out it was actually my fault but that didn't matter, apologizing for a mistake is not forgivable. With that said, it doesn't excuse the way Dr Samantha O'Neill's staff treated me. I was discharged from Dr Samantha O'Neill's care because I did not show up for appointments. Unfortunately, I suffer from a bit of a memory loss as well as vertigo. Had a very bad experience here, would not recommend.
After my fathers primary Dr. retired years ago he went through multiple doctors in different offices, Dr. Baker was his final doctor and his favorite. He listened, answered any concerns and really cared - he spent time with him and made him feel cared for.
