best ski shop ever, all the staff are so accomodating and helpful
What a great find - was looking for a great ski boot shop since my boot shop expert retired he recommended Baker Street. I drove down from LA with my son who had an expert custom boot fitting and the owner Cody handled everything and took his time to make sure he had the right fit. 10/10 experience and worth the 45 minute drive. Ended up purchasing a pair of powder skis too for my other son and handed my older skis in for seasonal tune. This place is awesome! The owner of this shop Cody was extremely patient and helpful when it comes to making decisions and gear choices. I came in for a pair of boots and helmet and got what I needed even with wider feet and an extra large sized head! Highly recommend coming to at the very least checkout this shop, it will be for sure worth your time.
Even though I ordered online, I could tell right away that this team cares far more than your typical big-box store. I made a mistake with my delivery address, which they fixed immediately. There was also a minor issue with a used item I bought, but they resolved it quickly with excellent communication. Fantastic customer service all around!
