My experience with this location was great. I had a “ user error “ ordering issue and the owner himself called me and got it all squared away. If there’s an option to buy from a big corporate store or this small business I’m choosing this every time. I ordered all the way from NY and they got it shipped in no time.
This place has such amazing customer service and hospitality. Logan helped us out and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him with questions. He was super open to answering questions and giving us some basic education on snowboarding and skiing. I’d recommend this place to all of my friends!
